What happens next
1. Pre-appointment questionnaire
A confirmation email has been sent to your email address. It contains a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire that must be completed before your consultation. Completing this will help us provide you with the best possible care.
2. Consultation
On the day of your appointment, click on the consultation link provided in the confirmation email to join your session.
Please note the following:
Payment: if you have not already made the payment, please complete it using the following link. It will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation & rescheduling:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: you may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
No-shows: failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the appointment fee not being refunded.
