We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you in rescheduling when needed. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain smooth operations, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: you may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

• No-shows: failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the appointment fee not being refunded.
